The company ZEMI d.o.o. was founded in 2001 in Tešanj with the primary activity of making work clothes and items. The company also sells protective suits and occupational safety items. The company buys raw materials and tailors and sews its own clothing items, which it sells on the local and foreign markets with the label of its company. The company also imports finished products which it modifies according to customer requirements.

Most products are sold in BiH while 26% are sold outside BiH. After the construction of a modern business space, the company's management decided to focus more actively on new customers and new markets, for which it is planning the second phase of investment. New investments are planned for the purchase of new modern machines and equipment that will significantly increase production capacity and enable contracting with new potential customers.
